EPR supports you and your team!

Message pools allow teams to work together collaboratively to improve our patient's experience.

Results for diagnostic tests can be returned to ‘pools’ in Message Centre so that a team can review these (rather than them going to an individual clinician).  This supports clinical team working and allows for efficient handover of care between different clinicians and shifts.

EPR has been set up so that lead clinicians already have their own pool.   There are other pools based on speciality  (i.e. cardiology pools).  If you believe you need a new pool setting up, please register this with the service desk. SOPs have been created which describe how members of the team can join an existing pool and also review results in a pool.
